- Rating the app, not the bank. App often glitches and shows duplicate goals or transactions. Occasionally loses all sign in info, forcing login from scratch. Does ot properly secure after leaving app; can check balance, then switch to messaging app, then sleep phone for 30m, wake phone and switch back to this app without providing PIN or fingerprint. Very hit or miss security. Have worked with support for months on this issue with no results.

UPDATE: STILL HAVING ISSUES… transfers to my other accounts are delayed!!!! UPDATE: Been having issues with transferring cash to shared accounts lately. We make a transfer and it takes a long time to process which is very frustrating! I absolutely love SIMPLE but this must be fixed and soon! PREVIOUS REVIEW: Love the app and service as a whole. They are continually improving the app all the time. Only need an option for a physical check book and I’ll be 100% satisfied.
