- App is good.. they just want your life story to “add money”. I refuse to give out my SS card to anyone app, company or otherwise cause when my friend did, his identity was stolen… if I can add money without the need of my SS card I’ll change my rating….
- This is a good platform for sending and receiving money, but the app is just really bad. It’s better to use the website. The app is slow, takes so long to load, and yet it uses too much data, that I’d often switch to the website and I’ll be able to finish the task as quickly as it should. App needs a good overhauling. It’s useless for me at this point, unfortunately.
- “Simply and more securely send and receive payments” Really??? Moved only £2 from my account into PayPal to round up the amount before sending but says it’s pending now and will take 5 days to clear! What a joke and users beware!
- PayPal does strange things sometimes, but for the most part it’s fine. The app is available for what I need it for. I wish 2FA login confirmation was less awkward both for web and app. Why not automatically send the text after login?
