If you’re looking to find a good MDM software, please try others! This one is not just crappy, it’s also expensive. Horrible app. Also quite cynical. After requesting full access to everything – can do anything with all my data including private stuff, can even modify delete make calls etc, a screen comes up saying “Your privacy matters”. I guess it matters because they go to great lengths to nullify it. Avoid like plague.
Recent update removed the ability to use the fingerprint scanner to unlock my screen or use apps with 2 factor authentication. Wasn’t having that so I uninstalled after months of use. Still can’t use my fingerprint scanner as the option is no longer listed. Thanks for that!
Slows phone down and crashes all the time. Even just the desktop of my GS7 crashes. It worse that the prior version. Phone is pretty mush useless. Battery drain is another issue along with making my phone hot.
The name change from airwatch confused me as I presume my android update necessitated. I thought it might be a phishing attempt, an app by a random name looking a lot like the one my company uses being presented for install and then asking for my company log in details. Although I think this would have been my company’s responsibility, not airwatch/intelligent hubs vendors responsibility…
