Delhi Metro Rail app provides the customers of metro services with lot of useful information that helps in using the Metro Services. Following are the different sections in the app and the information available in them.

Route Between Stations- Selecting the starting and destination stations will display the user the Fares, Distance, Approximate Travel time, stations in between with change over station and the route map with plotting of the route on the map.

Station Info – Selecting a station will give you various useful information about the station like First and Last train timings, Platforms, Gates and directions, contact numbers, Tourist spots near that station, parking, feeder services etc.

Nearest metro station – This section will show you the nearest metro stations from your current place.

Other sections i.e. Tour guide, Metro Museum, Lost and found and Other info will give various other useful information to the user.

Avis d'utilisateurs / Opinion:

• It does not show the easy route. par exemple.. Keshav Puram to South Ex can easily be done by changing at Netaji Subhash Place and then directly to South Ex. But this app will suggest Keshav Puram to Kashmere Gate then change then go to INA and then again change and finally to South Ex. You should have better algorithms to help the customer.
• I really love this app. It’s give me all the information I need while travelling along with that it’s also provide me the nearest metro station from my location. Cependant, GUI is not good enough but over all it provides me all features which I want like feeder services, parking available, station information etc.
• Please check the timing from Kalkaji Mandir to Botanical garden……As it is showing 52 mins on the app but exactly it takes around 19 à 21 minutes…..Please get it rectified because the people are getting bit confused related to this
