• When it works this app is not bad. But it is buggy and poorly designed. Sometimes it shows boarding passes, alors 5 minutes later it won’t. Sometimes when I’m logged in it will take payment for bags, sometimes not. It almost never works for getting WiFi during flights. I suspect it is not good with losing connectivity, but c’mon this is an app for travel
• Terrible app that fails at the very basics. The boarding pass keeps appearing and disappearing with no reason (it did it just before I was about to board) so make sure you take a screen shot or get staff to print of a paper one. Checking in was also difficult on this app with my preloaded passport not showing and the system could not resolve.
• No android support. Really? You DO realize their are SIGNIFICANTLY MORE android devices than there are Apple devices… droit? Fire your app team. À présent.
• A great concept but seriously flawed execution. ENtertainment function DO NOT WORK on chromebooks. WHen selecting a movie, the app gives the message to set your device in Airplane MOde, but there is no such thing on chromebooks (which have no cell radios). Then it dumps you back to the selection of movies. It has other problems as well, with a large on being taking forever to update your current fligth (boarding pass & fligth status) on the home screen. I have often given up and used the boarding pass in my email instead.
