- I purchased mobile for spouse and she trying to use it but unable. After registered on app they ask for verification by OTP on mail and Mobile no. But they OTP not received on mobile, although we tried many times! only email I’d verified. so it is use less and time waste!
- 1.My Bookings-Default Screen must be set to Upcoming Journeys with early departure date 2. Payments-Seperate options to be shown like A. Net Banking B. Credit/Debit Cards C. E-Wallets/UPI D. Online payment options like Paytm, Mobikwik, dll.. E. C.O.D. 3. Advertisements occupy too much space 4. Provision to file complaint for failed transactions and payments deducted and refund 5. New Bookings-Default should be Journey Date and shown in Big size and displayed prominently 6.Train Schedule-Show Kms
- Your app doesn’t work properly during tatkal ticket and payment inface taking more time to open and make payment,Pls improve it. New Problem during tatkal ticket booking-payment options sometimes doesn’t open. Please improve it.
