- Well done to Kate at Panda Pop support who finally gave me some joy and restored my lost levels which disappeared back in February when I changed phones. Despite being logged into Facebook I lost 777 levels and I was getting exasperated with the advice which various support people were giving me as none of it worked and I’m sure I was just being sent automated responses. But Kate has finally restored my levels and I can continue enjoying my favourite game.
