- Telkomsel lebih baik tidak usah buat syarat-syarat login yang terlalu ribet deh. Sepertinya sistem kalian belum siap untuk itu. Mau login saja sudah di ulang 5 kali tidak bisa, sudah lewat link di sms tetapi hanya kembali ke layar login, kemudian keluar pesan sesi telah berakhir. LOGIN SAJA SAYA TIDAK BISA. Sudah banyak yg complain loh. Lebih baik kembali ke design dan system aplikasi sebelumnya deh. Jangan malah buat konsumen sulit.
- The GUI needs to be simplified more. Be more consistent for each category to reduce confused. Don’t make the users confused about the menus/ items that uncategorized properly and repeatedly.
- dear Programer telkomsel apps, knp aplokasi dr yg dulu ok, makin update malin hancun dan susah pakai? kenapa skrg login verivooasi no hp harus pakai link yg hrs dibuka apps telkomsel, gal biasa pakai browser? tahioah anda tidak semua hp ada kemapuan bula link dgn milih apps? kenapa tidak pakai sms seperti dulu, lagian hanya apps cek kuota dan beli paket, kok dibiki. sampe ribet2 amat sih??
