- This app obliged me to install a massive update before i could use it for basic stuff like manage my ticket. Thats very problematic when youre the other side of the world with a slow and exprnsive internrt connection. the developer cares more about fancy features than about the airline customers.
- I could not login with my flying blue number – kept getting password error Had to use my email address instead No flights are listed in the app, although I have current reservations on the webpage Unable to get boarding passes as no flights are shown App is very slow and keeps giving “error please try later” messages Unable to change my work address from the app – “sorry an error has occurred” ” please try again”
- It gives you the information you need but it’s really really slow to do anything. Trying to go from one part of a booking to the next, or view passenger information takes ages for it to load, even on Wi-Fi or 4g
