I’ve been using the app for last 4 yrs. It was good. I used it actively in the last 6 months and POOF!! My account got suspended for no reason. I emailed them and as usual NO REPLY. I have proof for my presence at the stores, but they dont care. I want my account REVOKED for the TIME, MONEY, ENERGY and FUEL spent going from store to store for the kicks. If your server is cranky, you cannot accuse someone of “SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY”. And if you think there is something wrong, RESPOND TO THE EMAILS.
I don’t like it when the app doesn’t work in the doorways or even worse, when customer service doesn’t respond to these complaints or just fix everything period. Would love to see more points opportunities on the app with videos, так далее. But do appreciate that there are nearly constant extra point opportunities. Would be nice if there were more stores with walk-in/doorway scan opportunities.
I have been using this app for over a year now, and I love it. Last Saturday when i opened my app in Walmart it stated my account had been suspended. I have emailed customer support twice to have them look into this. I hope its soon they fix the issue. Thanks so much for responding back so soon.
