• While I had some intial good experiences with Deliveroo, they’ve really gotten worse. Wait times have gotten ridiuclous with 15 minites turning into an hour plus. I spoke to customer support and got a lot of ‘we’ll try better’ and ‘we had a one off surge’ which didnt take into account the repeating issues. 现在, the app has stopped working altogether after the update. With the other options available I’d look elsewhere.
• seemingly doesn’t deliver to my area yet I see deliver drivers everywhere. waste of time ……… after deliver auto reply. please explain why less than 500 meters away. kfc has deliveroo pickups all of the time. am I on the wrong side of the road? it’s fine deliveroo. I won’t use your services 😉
