- in general the app is ok. 然而, the synchronization between shop and payments is very often not working. payments are done correctly on the bank account side, but not visible in the app. this results in ‘blocked’ money and the need to call the h&m call center to cancel the orders.. this has happened to me at least 3-4 times now, thus such a low rating!
- Useful for making a basket. Can’t see orders, 评论, or basically anything in the “My H&米” 部分. If I view a product and hit back it takes me to the top of the page and I have to re-scroll to where I was. I end up doing all my shopping on the website, which is a poorly designed website in itself and sometimes won’t even let me login. I just use the app to browse and make favourites when it could easily be amazing. I like H&M’s products but their software is attrocious. Samsung Galaxy A8
