I had an account in this app but I haven’t registered an email for the account. One day, I didn’t log out, I didn’t delete my account, I didn’t do anything and then it restarted. The app went back to the log in/sign up page and my account goes bye bye. Help me please. I need it.
Four stars for a reason. Its almost perfect! But its so much painful to the eyes that there are no options to change the backhround. I know brc its only lite and may not serve the purpose of being lite if there are lots of options and stuff but really, we need an option for a.little dark background to the app or chat background. AND WE CANT SEE IF THE RECEIVER IS ONLINE!! WHY IS THIS???? Please hear.me.out thank u!!!!!
I hate it when verification code must using phone number. First I don’t have permanent phone number. Then second, when verification code being sent? Never single code sent to me. Try call verification, how long I must wait? I give up!
Tried to install twice but, the app says that “my phone number doesn’t exist”. Sent a ticket to the customer service but still no answer. (I’m still waiting, actually haha)
