loved the app initially, but now the convince fee are so high, almost double from some time ago. A convenience fee of around $3 to get services that are implemented once in creating the app features like buying tickets in advance, reserving seats, skipping the lines, zapraszanie znajomych, pre-ordering snacks, watching trailers, using different payment methods. All these doesn’t justify a hike in price. These are the sort of models that discourages people to go watch movies in theater.
Horrible App. When signing in it put me through a loop of telling me my account exists and does not. After that it was slow to load everything and would not use any gift cards or promo codes i put in. I ended up buying my tickets directly from the theatre.
The logic in the app is poor and you can lose your chosen seats if you have any hesitation it do back tracking. Social feature is heavily flawed especially when your group invitees already bought tickets to the same showing. it’s largely a frustrating experience if you are not buying for a group in one shot.
