I’ve been using the UE Boom 2 speaker for a year and a half and its worked great. Now all of a sudden I’ll turn the speaker on it pairs with my samsung s8 and ill start listening to music then the sound will randomly cut out even though the bluetooth is still paired. If i turn the speaker off and back on the music will play for a little while then cut out again. I’ve tried factory reset I have tried updating the app, looked online and have no idea how to fix it.
It used to be very intuitive and easy-to-use. The update changed it to something that is worthless on my phone. I can no longer turn the speaker on or off, the new background is harder to see what’s happening. And it’s impossible to get past the startup screen. This thing has been paired with my phone for 2 years now I don’t need to re-pair it.
Despite many other reviewers complaining of the same thing, the developers still have not fixed the remote power on feature, which used to work perfectly. Loss of this feature has totally ruined the app. Chỉnh sửa: Thank you to the developers for replying. I tried the suggestion, the power button came back, failed to work, then disappeared again. Tuy nhiên, I am not emailing anyone for a work-around to the problem. Everyone is having the same issue, so instead of dealing with individuals, spend the time to fix the app. We know you can do it, as it worked perfectly before the updates.
The new version of this app started great. Now after updates it’s just completely broken. It takes FOREVER to launch and the custom EQ gets scrambled to seemingly random values every time I go to the equalizer page. If I can get a version of this app that just works I’m never updating this again.
