The application itself is decent enough but the subscription and external account creation is absolute garbage. Could not get the subscription to sync between two different devices that were subscribed to on Android, I ended up having to cancel and subscribe through CBS’s website. It’s a convoluted and cumberson process, all to watch Star Trek.
Get ready for the buffering circle of doom to appear every 2-5 minutes while watching a show. And don’t bother upgrading, getting rid of commercials doesn’t make it any better. This app is a sad shame, especially for a company like CBS. after reading through so many comments, you’d think they would have fixed this by now. I will not be renewing.
I get very angry when I want to watch something and it says that an incident has occurred and I have to try again, but it doesn’t explain. When I try again it says the same thing. It’s very frustrating because there are many shows I like. Thank you for letting me vent. If the problem is on your side, please fix it. If it is my phone, please let me know. Obrigado
